Grameen America, Inc. is the not-for-profit affiliate of Grameen America LLC that has filed documentation necessary for approval of its recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Grameen America, Inc. oversees the operations of Grameen America LLC and all contributions are used to sustain and expand the microfinance programs and services of Grameen America LLC.
